You have a serious migration issue.
Changes of version V7.4.0 are not in your DB :
- 'fixPerimeter' missing on project
- 'isManualProgress' on project
But also, more strange, older ones :
- 'excludeFromGlobalPlanning' missing on project (created on V7.2.0)
- table 'accessscopespecific' missing (created on V7.2.0)

So it seems your migration process was wrong.
How did you migrate ?

I have upgraded my version of projeqtor from V7.0.8 to V7.4.0.

In order to upgrade, I have stopped the cron task and close the application in the Administration tool.

I have replaced in the dedicated folder, the old version to new version.
But after folder replacement, during first connection, I never seen the Message (Upgrade database in progress to V7.4.0). The connexion was accepted and I have seen white page in Projeqtor.

I have only seen the message for Upgrade Database When I have upgraded to version V7.4.1.

I don't know how it is possible, but it seems you missed migration from 7.0.8 to 7.4.1.

My advise :
1) backup you DB (in case of major issue, to be able to restore data)
2) on table parameter, change parameterValue to 'V7.0.8' for line with parameterCode='dbVersion' (it should be first line with current value 'V7.4.1')
3) disconnect from application and reconnect as admin : you should see on top right, migration from V7.0.8 to V7.4.1
4) check log file that migration was correctly executed.

THe database is already in version V7.4.1.

Have you seen the last log files ? I have posted two files.

That is the issue : db is considered as V7.4.1, but structure of tables does not fit V7.4.1

It's Strange.. I have received an error message, but every thinks seems corrrect.

I can open session with user, and we are in version V7.4.1.
