I recently took over the management of Projeqtor in my company.
The old manager gave me the "Quality Manager" rights, but I can't get access to the "environmental parameters" module to add new users, teams, etc.

If you don't have right access to environmental parameters with your profil, the only solution is changed right access for your profile to give you the possibility to access at this.

How changed the rights ? I'm referenced as "Quality Manager" (restricted rights), i would to be reference as "Admin" (full rights) ?

for change changed the rights, indeed you must have a profile that allows you to do so.
With an admin profil (full rights) you can change the rights, since you will have access to the rights management screens.
if you have an admin profile you will also have access to the "environmental parameters" module.
if you want have access to the "environmental parameters" without changing profile,your admin must modify the acces right for this one.
