Hello,
Is it possible to split Validated days per Resource ? It seems only the Assigned days can be split. We would like to be able to monitor the Validated days per Resource (that are paid days) vs the Assigned days (that sometimes go above). How can we do that in Projeqtor ? Thank you

Yes, Validated work is only defined on the Activitiy.
On the assignement you only have assigned real and left work (and also planned=real+left)
In your case you should just set Assigned as Validated, then update left work if some extra work is done.
