How is possible to change the value of Validated work/ cost ?

Validated work and cost can be directly entered on activities and project.
The input may be locked depending on consolidation mode choosen on global parameters screen, so that values may only be entered on elementary tasks.

is it possible to unlock validated work and cost after entering a value ?

On "Parameters" => "Global Parameters", section "Planning", for item "consolidate validated work & cost" select never.
Save.
Then, you'll alway be able to enter validated work and cost, but values will never be consolidated from tasks up to projects.
