I wonder if the feature "Affecting one Ticket for Multiple Responsibles" is offered by Projeqtor ? or rather I have to create another Ticket ?
We have some need for some tickets that have part of work being handled by first person and other part of work by another person.

Only 1 responsible can be defined on a Ticket.
But it can be changed...
For instance, if A and B must work on same ticket, A can be responsible first, and when he has finished his part, he can change responsible to B so that B can work for his own part.
If they have to work simultaneously on same item, then maybe it is not same ticket.
And maybe it is not really a Ticket (as Ticket is very punctual item), and ticket should then be copies as an activity : you'll then be able to assign 2 (or more) resources to same activity 😉

The problem when changing responsible for the same Ticket, We will loose information on reporting "who has done What ? and within how much time ?".
anyway ..
I will review how can I use Activities for this.
