I did some tests today.
First of all "Multiple mode" is very good. Long time needed, now it's availabe. Thanks.
I didn't find any showstopper or major issue.
Following items I will report:
- Multiple mode: There are status offered, which is not valid due to workflow
- Simple Ticket - multiple mode: even locked fields could be changed - e. g. status.
- If send out mails sent from Ticket/Activity/... - an additional receiver "Add to notes" would be welcome - like multiple updates for notes.
- Reply to mails - value cron delay "-1" What does value "-1" stands for
- Recurring Tickets could be done in the same way as periodic meeting for periodic, like "Create monthly project report".

Multiple mode: There are status offered, which is not valid due to workflow
it is no way around it.
As you may select several tickets, with different current status, different types (and so different workflows) there is no easy way to check workflow on the selection.
So all status are proposed.
Then, when saving,workflow is checked and if new status does not fit the workflow, the update is rejected for this item. This is reported in the right part of screen...

It means the function is not activiated. User manual updated 😉
