ProjeQtOr come with new name and new verison.
Many changes :
- Improved GUI themes
- Improved GUI for lists with column selection, ordering and sizing
- Improvemnt on project selector : format change, refresh and selection of closed projets

- New notion of "cancelled" on any items
- Projects improvement
- New planning mode "resources must work together"
