Hello,
I would like to propose an addition to the current ticket capability in ProjeQtOr. Currently, tickets can be associated to a version of a component or system to track anomalies, bugs and support. I propose to expand the ticket capability to included non-conformances on important documents (customer deliverables, RFP, specifications, a set of baselined requirements in ProjeQtor) resulting from an internal peer review (see CMMI level 3 verification process, there is a good description on page 406 at http://resources.sei.cmu.edu/library/asset-view.cfm?assetid=9661 ) or from any other defect detection methods ( QA audits, QC audits ...).
This also brings up another question about change request ( part of configuration management) that I will make a separate proposal.
I am available to help you define the detail for the added non-conformance capability. If you have any questions, do not hesitate.
Regards
Michel Cambron
It is already possible to create link with any other item.
This includes links with documents or document versions.
Isn't it enough for the need ?
Bonjour,
The objective is to be able to know the number of tickets ( or NCs) that was raised for a version of a document in order , as an exemple, calculate the density defects as a process improvemnt metric.

Thank-you
