It could be great to add field in ticket and activity to list documents with the next version that the activity or ticket will go. eg :

An activity named "Specification" shall create a specification document and start in draft the verification document
an activitye named 'specification review" shall change minor revision of the specification document
a Milestone named "specification approbation" could freeze specification document
a ticket shal implement evolution on specification document that change major revision

This is a good practice of CMMI : plan the document and manage change

plan = activity + milestone
change = ticket

Is it easy to perform? for next version 😛 ?
