Hello,

Is it possible to add functionality: Add ticket in a Live meeting

We have Decisions, questions, Actions (not possible to follow easily) but i think tickets is better to follow actions with tickets (in recovery plan for example follwed by a livemeeting).

Thank you in advance for your answer

Hi,
In Meeting minutes, we more ofter play with Actions (action plan) than Tickets (that are more likely to describe incidents)

i think tickets is better to follow actions with tickets

What is the issue for you to follow actions with ... Actions ?

Hello,

In action we dont have product & version

Other thing, actions are not identified in Task assigned, Task who iam responsible and report detail version. It is difficult to have an overview consolidated for all tickets, activities il we dont have actions. That is why, if it is possible to add tickets in livemeeting, you dont have to modifiy all menus/reports but only one item.

Thank you in advance for your answer

I assume it's a question of usability. Actions are "triggered" by tickets normally, not the other way around. For management tickets give chance to have a fast overview. Fast and easy checking related actions or whatever is important.

AFAIR there's an old rule of thumb:
Max 3 clicks to reach anything related to object being on screen without user loosing orientation where object belongs to.

Means:
Whichever object user is watching on screen each action should be available at shortest path possible without forcing user to click in "circles" through multiple parts of application and loosing orientation for this.
