Is it possible to make an option to display/hide administration type of projects from 'Today' and 'Real work allocation'? This type of project have everybody access but for most of the people it just multiple projects displayed that making hard to find their real projects from the list

You're right : administrative projects should not be displayed on today screen. In my opinion, it's not an option. Ticket #754 registered.
About real work allocation, administrative projects should not be hidden, as the objective for these projects is to be seen by every resource. But every user can collapse these projects, so that each will only apear on one line. Moreover, you can create a top project to group them all, so that users can collapse the view to display only one line for all administrative projects, an expand the view when needed.
Yes, we are doing that already. The problem is - we have a few cases when people got confused and book their hours into wrong project. So, I insist to have this as an option for work allocation.

At which level should it be optionable :
- Global : for everyone, for every project ?
- At project level (to hide selected administrative projects) ?
- At resource level (to hide administrative projects to specified resource) ?
- At profile level (for every user of a given profile) ?
- Other ?
The problem will be :
- How will peoble be able to book hours on these projects when needed ?
They can tick box to see it again - this is why optional (for each user)
