when a decision is reccorded, and mail sended to approbator, french version is weird :
maybe a message like "Veuillez suivre ce lien et finaliser le processus d'approbation" would be more understandable ?
i did not found a way to personnalize this message (in mail configuration, we can set a mail based on decision change, but not on "approbation approval"

You're righ.
Message was designed for Document approval, and captions not changed to fit Decision approval.

in the meantime, it would be usefull in "Automation..email on event" to give the possibility to send an email when someone approve a decision.
i tried to use "any change" but it concern only the "decision", not the approvals
