Hello,
when adding a dependant object to a project (ie : question, decision risk,...) you have to link it to project.
What is the using case ?
Is it possible to create link directly when an element is referencing the project ?

object with idproject = selected projet ?

Well ... NO !
I don't imagine linking thouthands of tickets and acitvities, wher items are already linked by idproject.
