I test Project'Or Ria since few days.
When I create a ticket, sometimes I need to assign ticket to a ressource, but I can not do it. I can assign Ressource only in activity.
Can you add 'Assign to' for tickets ?

Assignment is used for planned tasks : these are called activities.
Tickets are used for not planned tasks : bug tracking, support reporting, ...
So assignment will not be added to Tickets.
To register some work on Ticket, just set resource as responsible of Ticket.
Then, user can register real work on the ticket (if user is a resource affected to the project).
If you link the ticket to a planning activity, then ticket work will be included in Activity work.
If not, real work on Ticket will appear on a specific line.
