Hello,
I think, it could be a good solution to have a field of cost in the problem part.
That permit to create an indicator of cost of the non-quality.

Hi,
Request recorded as Ticket #1881.
We'll have to find out how to sum up this cost on the project.
Not as a cost I guess (as cost is reserved to resources costs).
Possibly as an expense.
Other possibility is to count it like Risks, on the "reserve" line, but as real cost.
