I use Ticket to change management, sometime the ticket is linked with action doc...
But today I need to create action for exemple and udate the ticket with the link, create the doc and after link to the ticket. this way ask us lot for click and screen change, refount the ticket...
I think a good UI improvement could be to manage the creation of item directly
use case :
clicking on add link,
select a element (action, doc, decision...)
in the list add button "new item"
Open new tab or new window with a new item from choseen element
at the end the item is upded in the ticket.
I don't know if it complicated or not but the usage could be simplify

When creating link, instead of selecting an existing item, you can click on the little "magnifying glass" icon : it opens a list of selectable item (with filters working :cheer: ).
There, you can click on the "new" button, to create a new element, that will automatically addied in selected items when saved. 😛

Hello Guys according to that topic i think that when you will work in a list,you make a new record product by using the new Item key in the Products lace or using the link for adding new item that may be proven under the perspective showing the current record items.For more inform follow that url:
