It would be I think useful to endow create models of plan or activity, to simplify creation their, for plans or activities always with the same shape, at the level of resources, of validated time and allocation (job in team)

Il serait je pense utile de pourvoir créer des models de projet ou d'activité, afin de simplifier leurs création, pour les projets ou des activités qui ont toujours la même configuration, au niveau des resources, du temps validé et des assignation (travail en équipe)

This functionality already exists for projects.
You can define a project with project type = "Template". It is done for this.
Then, you can easily copy Template into a new project, including structure.
