What would be functions for a CRM ?

My question is :
Amongst all the function of a CRM, wich would you expect as a "simple CRM in Project'Or RIA" ?

Nobody looking for 'simple' CRM. Everybody looking for a customized CRM solution. So, this is not something Project'Or can do easy. What we need is the mechanism for integration with CRM. Some of this already done with automated import and it works great. So, data from CRM can be imported. It will be good to have an export as well - like to create csv file on the status change, for example. Currently we are implementing that ourselves using triggers on the table. If we can have generic way to do it - it will be great.

Yes must be this is the right things should be done rather than to create CRM inside Project'OR RIA it self

Hi all,

CRM is a wide field with a lot of functionality which might overload Projectorria. If really needed, I would prefer a generic interface in the manner as ekolossov mentioned.

From my pov Projectorria's strenght is simplicity and lean structure with powerful project management functionality. I would prefere to keep focused on the project management.
