How can we do to change?
I would like for all types (tickets, .....) have a description field that would allow me to make a descritpion different elements.

Yes it is. A new field "Description" for all types.
This can describe it to different types of actions, types of meeting ... .
You mean add description filed to Types ?
Easy : add description on table type.
Add field description on /model/Type.php
As all types inherit from this class (and use same table), they will get the nex field.
This is perfect!

Je comprends tout à fait que vous soyez sceptique quand à l'utilité de ces champs (je l'ai été lors de cette demande).
Mais dans notre structure, l'interprétation des uns n'est pas celle des autres. :unsure:
Un petit mots d'explication 'Description' peut alors permettre à chacun de mieux interpréter les choix possibles.
Ce champ revient déjà dans "environmental parameters" et il y est fort utile (Du moins, dans notre utilisation).

I totally understand that you are skeptical about the usefulness of these fields (I've been in this application).
But in our structure, the interpretation of one is not the other.
A few words of explanation 'Description' can then allow them to better interpret the choices.
This field returns already in "environmental parameters" and it is useful (in our use).
