Hi,
1) Possibility to copy a project tree?
2) Send e.mail to workflow document?
3) Managing the documentary online versions: Do not have to download the document locally, modify and download as a new version.
PS: For point 1: It would be nice if when you copy a project that contains a directory tree can check "Copy the structure" and select the new destination name.

Yes as a WBS tree.
No as a document structure tree (directories)

Yes.

No.
Project'Or RIA is not a CMS, and even CMS do not do such things.
