I would like to propose an evolution. I would find usefull to add the filter by Products on main Tickets view.
Actually we have the possibility to filter just by id, Name and Type. However it would be really usefull to get more possibilities. By products, for example.
Of course, this would be also configurable as a general option.

Indeed, the restriction of the list by product is not possible with the quick filters because they are precisely quick filters.
On the other hand, by using the advanced filters, the product field is available.
Do not hesitate to create an advanced filter to find it during your next connections

Simply fantastic. I've always used advanced filters with static values until today, never seen it exists the possibility to filter with dynamic values, too. Amazing!!
