Dear
For this time, my request is relative to due date in ticket function. I'd like to follow easily the number of time that the inital date and planned date are changed and mainly posponed. The objective is to have quickly an alert if the planned date has been change more than 3 times for example, to understand and to have information the reason of this postpones.
Do you think is it possible to have this evolution.
