[#799]

Hi,

1) In imputation view : Do not display activities if they are in the "Recorded", "Copied" ?
2) When assigned one resource status change. Transition to "assigned" automatic
3) Ref documents: I'd like to add the version and revision. Possible?
4) Other evol : Today => Store documents by type, Evol => Add one or several "directory project" (with code projet) in "directory type". Easy to follow.

Thanks

Why not, but it should be optional, to have choice to display or not these activities.
why not the propose to hide status done or over ? ...
Ticket #888 registered
Difficulty behind the request is that status list is updatable... these status can be changed or deleted or replaced

When assigned one resource status change. Transition to "assigned" automatic

Today, reverse behavior exists as a control : mandatory responsible on assigned status.
Ticket #889 registered.
Like above difficulty is that list is updatable... Several status can be considered as "assigned" status.

Ref documents: I'd like to add the version and revision. Possible?

No, not on Reference : the reference of a document must not change throught the document lifecycle.
Request #768 seems similar to this one.

Other evol : Today => Store documents by type, Evol => Add one or several "directory project" (with code projet) in "directory type". Easy to follow.

You can do it right now : when you manage directories, you can define the project for the directory.
Existing directory structure is defined to store one type on one directory, but you can manage it the way you like, for instance with one top directory for each project ..

Very good idea. We propose a list of state we desired to be masked.
Same management as "show closed items"

I understand if the condition below is "assigned", toggle the state of the activity "assigned"

How is it that the documents be stored in the directory "code project"?
My need: Storage product and project in a directory with project code

Thank you

Let say you have document root is $DOC.
You have Project A, code AAA and Project B, code BBB.

You define directories this way :
1) /AAA, name Project A, linked to Project A
2) /AAA/sub1, name sub1, linked to Project A
3) /AAA/subN, name subN, linked to Project A
4) /BBB, name Project B, linked to Project B
5) /BBB/sub1, name sub1, linked to Project B
6) /BBB/subN, name subN, linked to Project B
and so on.

Dear all,

let me chip in following perspective:

When assigned one resource status change. Transition to "assigned" automatic

We didn't have status assigned and we wouldn't have this automatically set to any status, because our workflow works in an other way.

In imputation view : Do not display activities if they are in the "Recorded", "Copied" ?

Good idea. It would be helpful to select which status should not be displayed, because we have other/individual statuses.

Thank you
Another idea: The option "sending e.mail" proposes : requestor, responsible, team ...
Is missing the possibility to send all resources assigned.

Thanks
