Another possible optimization that could be very nice - at least in a large database:

After adding a new resource allocation to a project, the project selector is completely refreshed for the currently connected user.
For an admin or project manager who must allocate several people in succession, it can be frustrating to wait several seconds with a "frozen" screen.

Could the following ideas be possible ? 
1. When refreshing the project selector, display the "spinning wheel" icon so that the user is aware of the loading.
2. If the project allocation created is not for the connected user, perhaps the full refresh of the project selector could be avoided ?
