Hello,
As our ProjeQtor extracts are going to the finance Department, have the same id on both sides would help to make the links.
Sometimes, the Name/First Name is not perfectly linked (wormen just married, ...) and/or are duplicated.
It would be efficient to have it in the exports and csv files on exports.

It is exactly the purpose for External Reference : to store the id on external tool.

I see this field in the tenders, Change Request, ... but not in User or Ressource fields. Does it exist ?

No, it does not.
But you can easily add it thanks to our Screen Customization plugin...
