Maybe you could add new kind of reporting with:
- earn value (EV)
- planned value (PV)
- actuel cost (AC)
and maybe add new indicator on the project area with
- Schedule variance (SV)= EV - PV
- Schedule performance index (SPI)= EV/PV
what do you think?
