Case:
As we use this field for total description of requests and tickets, this field will grow a lot. So all information below, e. g. requestor or urgency always not in first view. But this is more often needed. So we have to scroll down some time very much.
Possible solution:
Move field description unter position requestor. Same for ticket and for activity.
