Most of the requirements management tools have requirements stored in XML file. It will be nice to have an import of XML requirements

Hi,
I don't know about "requirement tools" in XML format.
What tools are you talking about ?
Is there a standard XML format ? Do you have any idea of this XML format definition ?

We can give you an xml schema for req format we are using if you wish
I just had a quick glance to some of the tools :
- fist, the xml strucutre is different for every tool, there is no standard
- second, most of the tools export in CSV files.
The best to import data will be simply to extend import functionality for Requirement from CSV files. This will be easy (can be included in V2.4.1).
That will do.
Thanks,
Evgueni
