Is it possible to create an evolution that allows a ticket to be resubmitted on a specific date or after a configurable number of days?
In my opinion, this would be a very useful function in your really very good program.

The idea is to set a date or a number of days as a reminder for a ticket and perhaps also to create a list of these tickets for the current day.
