Hi Babynus,
As is: Risk Management Plan lists all risks, issues and actions related.
To be: To risks and issues, all links elements should be listed.
Reason: We use Tickets and Activities for mitigate risks - not Actions. Hence our risk management plan is incomplete.
Not urgent, but useful.

Hello Guys i think that risk management plan is a documents that a project officer makes to anticipate threats and determine reactions to problems. It also contains a chance review matrix.The risk management plan contains an research of likely risks with both high and low effect, as well as minimization methods to help the venture avoid being derailed should typical problems occur.Thanks a lot!!
