Hi !
I think it could be great to have an other option to screen customization plugin : the possibility to change the readonly/writeable status of a field by status. For example, Ticket description could be turned to read-only when status changes to "in progress".
Do you think it could be a future evolution ?

This is not planned and would require major change in community version as there is no management of "readonly" status "on the flight"

Realy nice feature.
Because today when one ticket is in progress, the requestor can modify many attributes like criticality and create trouble on SLA
But we need also to have 'read-only' by profile

Yes, idea is to reproduce what exists for hidden fields : set readonly by status, by profile and by type...
