This is my first request here , i have to know if it is possible to automatically fill in the box " resource cost" from the data on the role that we assigned .
It could avoid some mistakes from the billing part.

Could you detail request.
You're dealing with resource cost and with billing part, but I don't get the link between those.
For information, you should :
1) Create resource cost on resource for given function
2) define default function for resource
This way, where you add an assignment, defautl function is automatically retrieved from resource, and corresponding cost is also automatically retreived.
But this is on assignment, no ink with Bill.
We would like to add a new field "défault cost" for a role.
It works the other way round.
You define cost for functions, and then you define default function.
Default cost for a function has no meaning as you cannot have several costs for a given function on same period.
I think the picture in attachement will more talk to you.
We would like to add this field to fill automaticaly the other field.
