Hello,

since V7.2 we can input avancement for task with fixed duration and no assignation.
That great for organization where we don't use real work.
But there are two improvment you can made :
- when advancement is set over 0%, is it possible to set state to the first "handled" status in the workflow.
- when advancement is set to 100%, set state to the first "done" status in the workflow.

By the way, synchronization for real date will be fine :
- setting the first "handled" status set real start date to status date
- setting the firts "done" status set the real end date to status date.

Regards,

Hi,

In fact it is already working as expected :
1) in "Global Parameters" > Work Time > Timesheet, set both parameters "set to first 'handled' status" and "set to first 'done' status" to "YES"

Then you can define a "manual progress" tasks, with fixed duration and no assignment.
When you manually change Progress from 0% to any value over zero, status moves to first "handled" status, if workflow allows it
When you manually change Progress from any value below 100% to 100%, status moves to first "done" status if workflow allows it and nothing blocks the move (for instance, if description is mandatory on done stauts and the description of the activity is empty, status is not moved

Hello,

I see the issue. Result is mandatory for done status, then when advancement is set to 100% and result not set, status isn't changed.

Configuration was corrected (result isn't mandatory anymore) and we adjust our process for users to set result in the same time than advancement before setting result mandatory back.

Thanks a lot !
