Hello,
Following your presentation held on 16/11/2021 about ProjeQtOr, it was for me the opportunity to give you an idea about the planning by resources.
Here I returm on it to share this new configuration, and take news about your actions 
The idea is to replace the green line on top, belong to the resource name, by all tasks under, with their name inside, like the same capability of MS Project, piloted by an option button
