Hi Babynus,
In a lot of cases, Actions might be a good alternative to Tickets, if it's just used for simple task tracking. From my pov what's missing, is the field requestor.
Would it be an major effort to integrate this field in Actions as well?

NB : it is a change you can easily apply on your own with "screen customization plugin"
