Background - is an additional information related to the ticket, like how to reproduce the problem, etc.

Result is diferent - this is for comments of implementation.
Closure Criteria is the test which prove that the bug is fixed

So, the description is dedicated to this.
Optionnaly, a note can also be used.

Moreover, it can be set as implementation when work is done, and then completed on validation. A note can also be used.

As an improvment (not planned yet), tests management could be added, with link to item and activity.

problem description can be quite long. This depend on the type of product. So, it will be good to have a field to provide some additional information which we call background. This includes an information about environment and configuration

No context is:

- OS
- Attributes
environment and config can include VCS config, RDBMS, Plug-ins, etc.
