In many of my projects I have the same group of resources (3-4 recources) involved in many of the activities. It would be great to be able to assign resources to workgroups in order to assgin these workgroups to the activities just as any other resource in the Assignments section. Selecting the same resources every time for each activity is very time consuming.

Regarding this matter a resource can be assigned to different workgroups at the same time.

I support this idea - from my pov, it should be done via teams - a team member should be assignable to more than one team.
