Another thing that happened after 10.3.5 -> 10.4.5 upgrade is that now some type of users, when they select a project and go to planning view it shows the correct project, but also all of the template projects. In the old version it correctly only showed the selected project.

Check the parameter "Show template projects".
It was not working correctly so we fixed this.
