Adding text in Description of Activity always shows it as HTML coding

Hi there,
Since the upgrade everytime I add a new activity and use the bullet points or number points or any formatting, the Description changes to showing me all this HTML coding instead.

It only happens when I create a New Activity and SAVE the file.

PROBLEM: Validating

 - Unable to save Store Settings > TAB: Share because Field requ
I find two errors.
  1. Google Chrome not display Product Description properly for Customer FrontEnd
  2. Store Settings Menu > Share TAB = when press checkbox and save.  System Say Updated Setting but still problems
    1. it not save settings for Shared when do checkboxes
    2. it not display correctly on Customer Front End for settings share save.
