I had a rules that send a mail when an activities change status to assignement ... this rules just send mail to assigned resource... it doesnt work...
but, for example, with followers it's works !

(responsible is not concidered as "assigned")
Yes, i tested with an activities who are 3 differents resource, nobody received mail and log files write there is nobody ...

Yes I put the same resource (assigned) to followers and I send mail to followers, and they received it
