I try the following scenari :
- create a T&L project
- enter work on week 1
- create a bill on week 1
- generate the bill lines
- close the bill (change status)
Afterwards, I check if it is possible to change some real work on week 1
And this is possible.
Such behavior leads to a discrepancy between the bill and the real work.
-> do not allow to modify real work history when they are attached to the bill
-> add positive or negative line in the work table
-> alert the bill owner of the discrepancy
-> do not allow to modify real work history when they are attached to the bill
I thought it was already managed, blocking lines already billed (but it is possible to add new)
Ticket #3048 recorded to check this.
But best way is to lock the week : just click the validate button

NO, NEVER.
Negative work is never possible.
-> alert the bill owner of the discrepancy
This is a very specific need that will not be added to cimmunity version
