Sometimes when a client is replying to a ticket or an activity, their message shows up as blank in the ticket or the activity. There is no text. See attached image.

(if he replied with spaces or blank lines, nothing will appear)
When the customer replies, I receive an email as well. And there is always text in the email. However, when I check projeqtor there is sometimes a white space instead of the text itself.
For example, note #682 in the above picture, the text was simply:
2017/2018: 4 août 2017 au 30 juin 2018. (11 mois)
2018/ et suivant: 1 er juillet 2018 au 30/06/2019.

Also if blank lines preceed text.
Can you please post the full html "content" of the email ?
