I upgrade my installation 2.1.1 to 2.3.0. And since this action, any error was detected, i can not access administration screen,Global parameters, access right/specific access mode, access right/access mode to data and access right/access to report.
Can you help me.
check the habilitation table :
- check for duplicate lines (same values exception id) and delete duplicates
- check that Allstate lunes for profile 1 (admin) javel accessible right-hand=1

I tried to set the two indicated point: no duplicated line and i set to 1 all allow acces for administrator(idpofile=1), but i still get the same error.
I join the log file, there is many errors.

I missed to add the two database scripts, i execute the two files. I don't have missigne column
but i have magic_quote_gpc which must be disabled.
I guess the duplicated lines in table habilatation but it is ok.
