We are having problems completing a project.
See error message in pic "003".
However, the project no longer has any open times, see screen "001". There is a "0" or "0.00" everywhere.
If you then go to "In progress (in Bearbeitung)" > "Completed (fertiggestellt)", the error message "001" appears.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this? Any help would be appreciated.

Look at left work displayed on the item (not on the assignment)
If it's not null this can be because of :
- exisiting sub-item with not null left
- incorrect update
In this last case, try and change left for an existing value (>0) then back to zero : this should update the consolidated value.

Sorry for the late reply.
I spoke to my customer the other day and she simply said, “I already did that. It refers to a ticket that was not 0 but was then set to 0.”
So unfortunately, we're not getting anywhere.
Any other ideas?
