I'm using ProjeQtor 7.3.5.
I have the same problem since a long time. It is not related to 7.3.5.
On the project screen, I can't manage to see the Client filter.
I saw it a few time but generally it does not appear on my screen.
I attached a screen capture with my message.
Any ideas ?

I succeeded to display the client filter. I think it's because of the size or the amount of space to display it.
1/ I log in with the left panel open
I can see the documents, the message console.
At that time, i don't have Client filter displayed.
2/ I close the left panel. I now only see icons fir the menu on the left.
3/ I go to user parameters
4/ I click on the project icon and now I see the client filter.
Question : is it normal to have this behavior ?

Yes,
dispay of filters is adapter to the resolution of your screen.
If resolution is too low, we have to "hide" some filter criterias (the less used first) to avoid ugly and unusable display.
