Hi,
When I use ticket filter like "Name" or Type" or "Client" and I export on CSV all is ok, the display ticket list is the same that csv export list.
But, when I use, "display direct filters by states" in order to filter ticket by state, my csv export is not filter by state and the display list is not the same that th export csv list.

If you use this filter for the display, it will not apply to the export :
Consider using the advanced filter to limit your tickets to a given status (for instance), and then export to csv :

This is just confusing, some fields has an impact on both visual and csv export, but not others.
On same area, name have an impact on both, but not state and quick search.
Maybe this would deserve an optimization in order to have export like on screen display (less confused).
