Hi
Not sure what occured but aaron talbot when we viewed his diary view of activities this did not show all the activities he had scheduled in this time sheet. Only the meetings?
For Richard Malby they were all visible?

On diary, activities appear on each planned day (every day that has solme work planned)
So if resource has no planned work, no activity is displayed.
This may happen if :
- resource as capacity = 0
- resource is allocated to projects with rate = 0%
- resource is not assigned to activitites or assigned work is zero (or at least left work is zero) or assignment rate is 0%
- projects are "under construction" or type "administrative"
- planning calculation was not executed
