Could you please tell me how to manage discount in quotation/order as we cannot see any field related to that.

It's not possible...
In all quotation/order/invoice system, we must be able to add a % on each row separately, discount that is visible by customer..
Am I wrong?

No.
ProjEqOT is not an ERP and does not indlude such features.
