when we add a note we see that email is sent but wr do not receive ant thing.
email config is ok brcause we receive emails when we send directly emails from projeqtor ajso thee configuration for sending alrt when craete a note s ok

I think you use Global Parameter "Send emails as current user". to "Yes".
Set it to "No" : your email server doesn't accept mail with sender different from connected user (smtp account)
