PHPMailer is included in Projeqtor, but this is just a php librairy.
You have to install a SMTP server (or use an existing one) and configure its acces in global parameters.

In Global Parameters I can successfully send a test email.
Instead, if in Environment / Users I click on "Send information to user", a green message appears that the email is sent, but the user does not receive anything.
This only if the user has a mailbox on Google. If the user has a mailbox on an ISP instead it is received.

Did you define an email for your user ?

Yes, UserA and UserB have mailboxes on GMail: UserC has a mailbox with their domain on an ISP. SMTP is a user with a GMail account.
I can send the test email to UserC and I can send the information to UserC.
Instead UsersA and UserB do not receive emails.
If I look in the mailbox of the user who is sending the emails, in fact they are all in the "Sent" list. If I send an email directly from the account used for SMTP, the emails are received instead.
In other words, if the email goes from the GMail mailbox to GMail mailbox, the emails are received.
If instead the email goes from ProjeQtor using a GMail user, these are sent, but these do not arrive.

Check that Gmail does not filter the mails and/or send them in Spam Mailbox.
Note that if sender and receiver are the same, Gmail filters and you doon't get it on input mailbox, as you have it in sent mailbox.

There are no active filters.
Sender and recipient are different.

This is the strange thing. The "Sender" account receives the messages from ProjeQtor because I see them in the "Sent" folder. Which means they were sent as well, but they never arrived. In my opinion it is Google that rejects the message, but since there are no errors I don't know what to check.

If I send an email from another Web Application (OSTicket), the mail is accepted by the "Sender", sent and received by the "Recipient".
Evidently with ProjeQtor there is something that does not allow delivery.
